Winter Wellness Warming Tips & Home Spa Rituals


Therapeutic Bath or Shower
Use TARA Immune Booster Bath Salts in a warm bath to enhance circulation, accelerate immune response and provide relief for bronchial and sinus congestion. Sprinkle 10 drops of TARA Organic Eucalyptus Essential Oil on the shower floor to create your own therapeutic steam room.

Immune Fortifying Salt Glow
Combine 4 Tbsp. TARA Immune Booster Bath Salts with 2 Tbsp. Therapeutic Sports Body & Massage Oil and 2 Tbsp. water. Gently rub onto entire body to exfoliate skin surface, then rinse off. Helps to prevent or reduce the effects of colds and flu and accompanying muscular aches and pains.

Daily Immune Boost
Blend the following essential oils into 2 ounces of either TARA Unscented Lotion or TARA Unscented Body & Massage Oil: 10 drops of Tea Tree Oil, 4 drops of Eucalyptus Oil and 6 drops of Lemongrass Oil. Apply to your entire body after your daily bath or shower.
