Training at Rancho La Puerta
It is always wonderful to connect, personally, with the therapists at spas and resorts where TARA products and services are represented. They are our stars who enthusiastically believe in our products.
In the past couple of years, trainings have been cut back to reduce spa operating overhead....yet, we realize how critical it is to interface with the therapists to maintain the standards of quality for the service programs. It was my honor to work with the therapists at Rancho La Puerta, the mother of all spas. They have hearts of gold and are so caring and interested in learning. It is truly gratifying to work one-to-one with those who are so very appreciative of our quality and integrity.

Skin Care Oil Infused With Dried Calendula
A photo of the calendula I am drying. It grows like a weed in my garden. The deer love it, so any that isn’t fenced in gets chomped on.
I pick the flower tops and dry it in mesh...then, infuse it into organic olive oil. It becomes a great base for some of my special blending with essential oils.
I like to make a skin care remedy oil with the calendula infusion base, as calendula is good for skin irritation and redness. I also add chamomile, known for calming and soothing the skin.
