Spring Renewal Body Scrub
An exuberant and detoxifying mineral scrub with organic herbs and aromatic essential oils that lightly exfoliates, while cleansing, to awaken healthier skin.
1. Mix Body Purifier Bath Salts with Detoxifying Bath & Diffuser Oil and massage onto body
2. Rinse off in warm bath or shower
3. Apply a combination of TARA Unscented Body Lotion and Detoxifying Body & Massage Oil to the whole body
Detoxifying Bathing Ritual
1. Draw a warm bath, adding 6-15 drops of Detoxifying Bath & Diffuser Oil
2. Put on some soothing music, light a candle and enjoy a relaxing soak forabout 20 minutes
3. After bath, apply Detoxifying Body & Massage Oil to body, wrap in a warmrobe and enjoy a cup of your favorite tea
Purifying Bath
Essential oils of Grapefruit, Juniper and Lavender join with Dandelion and Burdock Root herbal extracts to help cleanse and purify your skin of environmental pollutants and provide moisturizing benefits
1. Add 2 Tbsp. TARA Body Purifier Bath Salts to a warm tub
2. Light a candle and enjoy a relaxing soak for at least 20 minutes
Daily Detoxifier
1. Using TARA Essential Oils, blend 5 drops Juniper, 5 drops Lavender, 3 drops Eucalyptus and 2 drops Geranium into 2 oz. of Tara Unscented Lotion or Body & Massage Oil
2. Apply this blend to your whole body daily after shower or bath
